Agencies often use staff to resist Freedom of Information request. Maybe you need far fewer FOIA staffers if you just say YES as you are supposed to do! You don't seem aware that existing FOIA staff are devoted to keeping everything secret.

Secondly, there are zero staff left at CDC, so you don't seem aware of what is actually going on even though I explained it in my article. Zero records and zero responses are being provided now.
