In recent times, despite leading respiratory therapeutics research in Pfizer for many years, I had a big shock.
When I repeat what I discovered, most people don’t believe it. I’m not asking you to believe me. It’s not my observations.
It is that acute respiratory illnesses that we call colds and ‘flu (more correctly, influenza-like illnesses or ILI) are NOT contagious.
There is more than a century of failure in the peer reviewed literature to show that a person, sick with one of these illnesses, can give it to another person who was well.
Many clinical studies placed a person with acute respiratory illness in proximity to a person without such symptoms for hours. The potential recipient was followed up for days to weeks.
The frequency with which they went on to develop similar symptoms was the same as in those who weren’t exposed to a sick person.
That’s a shock to most people, too. But there it is. Those are the consistent findings.
My conclusions are that acute respiratory illnesses we call colds & ‘flu are not contagious.
In turn, that means they are not caused by submicroscopic, infectious particles commonly named “respiratory viruses”.
No, I don’t know what causes colds and ‘flu. No, I don’t have an obligation to provide an alternative explanation. We don’t know what “causes” most diseases. I have some ideas, though they are not necessary in order to disabuse yourself of the false notion that “colds & ‘flu are caused by respiratory viruses”. A century of empirical evidence tells us they’re not.
My father was a medic during WWII. There were 9 of us kids. We survived colds, measles, flu's, chickenpox by Natural Immunity. When one caught one of these sicknesses, we all got whatever was going around. We all survived by therapeutic treatments our father and mother treated us with. The only time I had to go to the hospital was when I broke my leg. My brother broke his arm falling out of a top bunk bed and our oldest sister had her tonsils out. Our mother eventually developed Diabetes and died at 54 of a blood clot to her heart. Dad died 11 months later, of esophageal cancer. Dad was exposed to radiation after they dropped the bomb on Hiroshima. He was sent 2 months after to help, and came down with radiation poisoning and spent 3 months in occupied Japan. All his letters to mom were blacked out by marker of he said anything that the government deemed sensitive.
Over time, we believed our doctors were trustworthy. I've fired several doctors in the last 14 yrs bcuz I realized they thought they knew more about my body and symptoms than I did. I've learned to take my care into my own hands. Esp. over these last 4 yrs.
This is what happens when institutions we should be able to trust lie to us. Now everything is suspect, including using Ivermectin as an anti-viral medication, since we aren't horses.

Even the claim that viruses could be found in a certain density band, if they existed, cannot be accepted. That would presuppose that a characterization of density had ever been carried out. That would be the same as looking for unicorns and determining the location of the search in advance. For example, in the forest, because horses could also be there. But perhaps unicorns only live in freezers? Or in shopping centers in France? Or in the middle of daisies? An object that does not exist cannot be expected to exist in a layer of a dense band.
