Excellent! Goes to show just how knowledgeable the entire court system and all it's players are about true natural law. I talked to an attorney a couple of years ago about the wind turbines here and mentioned some things about the Brits and the court system, etc., and he freely admitted I was correct and went on to explain some things. Attorneys know. Judges know. I'd say many of the politicians know, although the lower you get on the totem pole, the fewer are privy to the knowledge.

I don't know of any guaranteed approach, since every court and every situation and every and man/woman who you are dealing with is different, but my approach has been to focus on logic/facts/evidence (and/or lack of evidence), paying very close attention to details, pointing out any and all b.s. (i.e. presumptions that I identify as an allcaps name, that I give jurisdiction to them, that I am subject to their rules/acts/statutes, etc). Never signing or agreeing to anything and making it clear that I don't agree with anything they're doing or to contract/joinder. Pointing out that they aren't even following their own rules (whenever they violate them) but also that those rules don't apply to me. In my situation, looking back I would now would point out extra details right away, i.e that they had given me nothing but internal corporate forms, nothing actually addressed to me and that I had not even been summoned to court). Pointing out inconsistencies in their paperwork (the various derivatives of my name, the differences in their file/case numbers, etc). Pointing out there is no claim from any man or woman against me (in my situation there isn't).
Nice work Christine and it's good that they finally chose to drop the whole thing regardless of their true intentions or reasons. It's quite astonishing that you had to go through all this shit despite having done nothing wrong but then we both know how twisted and corrupt the system really is.
