"germ" FOIs - Joshua Quick 'King of Primers'; Carl Symthe/U Sheffield

I've fallen behind on uploading FOIs again but wanted to send out what I have done, along with the great new resources listed further below.
December 2022:
Joshua Quick, creator of the widely used ARTIC "sequencing" protocol admitted he hasn't implemented important controls (let alone had an actual "virus" to "sequence")
Joshua Quick acts as molecular biologist at the School of Biosciences, Institute of Microbiology and Infection, University of Birmingham, and as UKRI Future Leaders Fellow. He developed a "sequencing" method widely used for "Zika", "Ebola", "SARS-CoV-2" and other imaginary "viruses": the open-source ARTIC protocol / primers scheme (https://artic.network/ncov-2019) for amplicon-based "whole genome sequencing". The ARTIC Network is funded by the notorious Wellcome Trust.
For "SARS-COV-2", Joshua created primers based on Fan Wu et al.'s infamous, meaningless in silico (computer) creation ("reference genome Wuhan-Hu-1"). Joshua's protocol has not and cannot be validated, since "SARS-COV-2" (including "its" alleged genome) has never been found in anyone or shown to exist in physical reality.
A colleague wrote to Joshua and asked him why it isn't possible to reproduce the longest (meaningless) contig that was reported by Wu et al. Joshua responded that he thought the 3rd version - yes, there are versions - of the Wuhan-Hu-1 "genome" was an improvement over the earlier versions. He assumed there had been a mis-assembly "or something" in the first version. But he was certain that the "new and improved" version is correct based on it "matching" other made-up "genomes" and his success with PCR tests that don't test for a virus or a full length genome.
Joshua also indicated that he doesn't bother to use necessary controls to rule out the possibility that the "genomes" resulting from his protocol could also be created without the presence of any allegedly "infected" material (i.e. could be made from "sequences" found in healthy human and animal tissue):

No, the University of Sheffield did not provide me any record of "SARS-COV-2" purification
Carl Symthe is a man who sometimes acts as Professor of Cell Biology, University of Sheffield. In March a colleague pointed out that Carl had claimed on twitter that I, Christine "didn’t get the standard reply” from the U of Sheffield and “I bet she won’t publish the answer she DID get", and later that: "Ms Massey tried to get my institution via a FOI request to declare that it did not have any proven SARS-Cov2 virus samples. Unfortunately for her, we do. Poor Christine."
I could not find any related emails or files but had a vague memory of Carl and U of Sheffield. So I wrote to Carl twice, asking for the FOI response that I was supposedly covering up; Carl never responded. I also filed a new FOI for whatever communications had previously occurred between myself and U of Sheffield.
Result:
March - May 2021 emails, wherein twice the university said that the request would take too many hours to fulfill. That's it - no cover-up on my end.
(I have since asked that a narrowed search - for records held by Carl Smythe and the men/women who act as policy-makers - be conducted.)
