But on a recording there is no sound when I'm speaking. Everyone else can can be heard, no problem.

When the zoom session begins there will be a "warning" against recording. Yet "the court" will be recording, and since we're all equal under law, there is no valid reason why others should not record as well, imho.

I’ve sent a letter to the people acting as Clerk and Justice/Judge tomorrow, copied to "crown attorneys".
That is an interesting observation. Wonder how the court would respond to this double standard, especially since I doubt any of the accused gave their consent to be recorded.

The judge "stayed" your proceedings without saying anything more. Does this mean the judge agrees to drop the charges against you and you are free to go?
Before the judge cut Christine off, I heard the judge say the case is 'stayed' and Christine is 'free to go'. But what you are saying is the court will hold this case over Christine's head, sort of like the sword of Damocles. If this is true then this does not come across as justice (not that there has been any justice from the start) and the optics suggest it is an intimidation tactic.
Justice? That court is for corporate matters only, so it is fraudulent from the get go. Not to mention several eye-witnesses, video and attending officer's notes contradicting the crown's argument of having a good case.
Christine and others who write about matters which should embarrass governments, the UK govt and the Australian have both passed laws about what can be perceived as misinformation or disinformation, and those who read or write it.

Would a genuine case communicate between parties using the internet? Don't real court processes require the physical serving of proper legal documents?

Aah... this prompted such fond memories of Zimbabwean bureaucratic ineptitude... teaching Waldorf kindergarten children, I was once visited by 2 police officers. Their search warrant was for - phonographic material - I have not mis-spelt that. They were unable to find either LPs of His Master's Voice with pictures of dog listening to a phonograph or lascivious sexual material. Likewise at my home which was stated to be 27 - it was 29 - with road name phonetically spelled by a Shona speaker. I wish I'd kept that piece of paper.
