I was un-muted and spoke for a minute or 2 before being cut off and muted as per the demand of Timothy Breen acting as "judge" (and kicked out altogether). Timothy heard me just fine and responded to me.
But on a recording there is no sound when I'm speaking. Everyone else can can be heard, no problem.

When the zoom session begins there will be a "warning" against recording. Yet "the court" will be recording, and since we're all equal under law, there is no valid reason why others should not record as well, imho.

I’ve sent a letter to the people acting as Clerk and Justice/Judge tomorrow, copied to "crown attorneys".

The judge "stayed" your proceedings without saying anything more. Does this mean the judge agrees to drop the charges against you and you are free to go?
Christine and others who write about matters which should embarrass governments, the UK govt and the Australian have both passed laws about what can be perceived as misinformation or disinformation, and those who read or write it.
Particularly when it makes ridiculous their agendas.
I'm not sure how or whether this affects Substack, but thought it important enough to mention before there are casualties.
Stand without fear Christine. I hope you sue them for false arrest, harassment, fraud and whatever else they have perpetrated in this action.
Would a genuine case communicate between parties using the internet? Don't real court processes require the physical serving of proper legal documents?

Roger Leblanc is either a complete idiot or a low down unscrupulous man. An unjust man he is, if he calls this travesty a warrant. A warrant in any jurisdiction must be accompanied by the sworn statement from the man or woman who claims that a trespass has occurred. Feelings do not rise to the level of trespass. Digitally signed? What’s next; digitally found guilty in a fraudulent virtual court? What is this world coming to? No one should volunteer to participate in this circus.

Update: The man Timothy Breen who acts/does business as "Honourable Justice Timothy E. Breen" went along with all the b.s., and muted me.
So the alleged "charge" was "stayed" - which means they can resurrect the fake-matter later.
It's a ploy to 1) avoid trial and having all the b.s. exposed, and 2) to keep this hanging over my head and 3) continue damaging my reputation.
