Just checked the site where Ontario court cases are listed and the Peterborough "case" under a name associated with me has been removed altogether for the 1st time since this circus began.
Hopefully it stays that way. I will be monitoring it regularly b/c I'm sick to death of having my reputation smeared over false/fake/fraudulent accusations and paperwork!!
We will get the BERRY TYLER charged removed as well. What a disgrace, both of the "charges" associated with Tyler have been "withdrawn" for months but they still list it online to make him look bad!!
We will also obtain all of the court files in the other "charges" associated with Tyler and see what more filth we uncover.

I never had experience with the courts before, so can't really say much, but based on what I've been hearing the courts have been super-corrupt for years. And as far as I know they are pretty messed up in other countries too, hence fake operations like "covid" sweep the globe with no one held accountable.

Through the course he co-authored he shows men and women how to navigate through the controversies that we have attracted to ourselves. This can be done and remedy can be received (and made) without relying on any legal framework. This process involves a lot more that just learning how to bring remedy to our situations so even though the principles are straightforward and simple, it is not something that can be learned quickly. It involves us working in an emotional and spiritual way to uncover the essence of the law of mankind, but it is possible to do so. I don't use their style of grammar/punctuation, as I don't see any reason to. Plus I make a point of not communicating in legalese and telling "the court" not to use legalese with me. So I can't very well call them out for communicating in a way that most people don't understand, while writing my own letters/notices in such an unconventional way.
I was helped greatly by the fact that I have video proof that I did nothing unlawful, plus they used fake/fraudulent paperwork, plus the alleged "victim" clearly lied to police.
I'm not doubting your process, just thought i would mention the course for anyone interested. I very much appreciate the work you are doing. This court has no jurisdiction over you in this case because they have shredded both your procedural and substantive due process rights. When a court does this it is waiving jurisdiction or authority to adjudicate and that can never be waived under any circumstances. Then the law of voids kicks in and the charges should be tanked and the case dismissed. The problem is getting these scumfucks to recognize and act on these truths. Here is the first judge story I promised as told by my mentor, Richard, a true gentleman and courageous scholar of the legal industry/racket. Richard is an Oklahoman. Three times, the state supreme court of Oklahoma has been wiped out, meaning all 9 judges removed and arrested for criminal activity. As Richard gently put it, they were "scraped off the bench." During one of these judicial cleansings, the cops raided the home of one of the judges with a search warrant while he was in custody. To their astonishment, they found over a million dollars in cash bundled in stacks laying everywhere. On the refrigerator, on the couch, on the dresser, on his bed, on the TV, everywhere. This weasel was making so much money in bribes and graft he didn't know what to do with it. It was far beyond what he was living on and believe me, he was living, "high on the hog." Richard didn't say this but I would not be at all surprised if a good portion of that cash did not wind up in the evidence locker to be used in the prosecution of that judge. I'm just a cynical kind of guy I suppose.

Chris has been the biggest influence in terms of getting it through my head that these people have no lawful authority over us. But I could never keep my letters/notices as brief as his (to his great frustration lol). In the end I did my own thing, incorporating whatever made sense to me. I basically approach it the same way as virology - based on facts and logic, not legalities or commercial processes (although I point it out when they violate their own rules).
I don't want anyone to think that I have a sure-fire solution since every situation is different (including the people you are dealing with), and it's taken me a long time to get anywhere (well actually they dropped 1 charge within months and then scheduled a trial for 1.5 years later, so it was pretty clear back then that they knew they had nothing to go on). And it definitely helped that I have video evidence proving I did nothing wrong.
But it's definitely worth it to learn about law and how to stand your ground.
Thank you Michael. The Dec. 5 2023 date was "set down" for a trial last summer (what a joke, almost 2 years after "charges"). It was supposedly "vacated" last week, but then it showed up again in an online listing. So I wrote to the "attorney general" again and it was since been removed. There is no next date scheduled.
I am using the Bills of Exchange Act to 'flip' ownership of the invoices I receive from electricity billing company. these invoices are unsigned by them so are 'inchoate' until signed. I write 'value received' on the inv and sign it as the legal entity (I am agent for same) and return the, now, complete Instrument so that the company can settle the debt they have created.
Still working on getting them to comprehend the legislation they work under (and could use themselves) as they not interested in anything more than "send inv, get paid" but the legal issues I point out, scare them.
I can send you copies of my letters to them if you like.
We have a company called NZ Post, and Post Shop, but there is no Post Master General. The Office is vacant. PMG is a very powerful Office in their system and can easily expose the fraud and can make an order for all of them to Cease and Desist.
NZ Post is a courier company. They are not registered with the UPU, they say.
