CDC has no scientific evidence that pox or measles symptoms are contagious

Just irrelevant webpages... once again

December 1, 2023:
FOIA request filed with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Agency for Toxic Substances and Disease Registry (ATSDR) seeking all studies/reports in their possession, custody or control that:

scientifically demonstrate contagion of any "pox" condition (chickenpox, monkeypox, smallpox...).

As always, I emphasized that I seek all such records held by these agencies regardless of whether they were authored by someone working there or elsewhere, and that if such records are held and are already publicly available, I require citations.

December 21, 2023:
Anthony Clemons acting as Government Information Specialist explained that the “subject matter experts” considered my request too broad and claimed that “the office has many cultures of different orthopoxviruses”.

December 30, 2023:
I altered the request to include all studies/reports that scientifically demonstrate contagion of any symptom/illness that is claimed by the CDC to be caused by the alleged:

“Rubella virus” (German measles)
"measles virus"
"chickenpox virus"
"monkeypox virus"
"smallpox virus”.

January 18, 2024:
Roger Andoh acting as CDC/ATSDR FOIA Officer, Office of the Chief Operating Officer provided his final response letter. In it he cited my request for studies that scientifically demonstrate contagion but did not provide or cite any specific studies or reports… or make any further mention of contagion.

Instead Roger referred me to publicly available “information”: 3 webpages that someone at the CDC has named “Pink Books”.

Roger claimed that the “Pink Books” provide physicians, nurses, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals “with the most comprehensive information on routinely used vaccines and the diseases they prevent”.

Below are the live links to the CDC’s “Pink Books”. These pages contain many details about the purported measles, rubella and varicella “viruses” and list several references - none of which were specified by Roger or contain scientific evidence of contagion.

Roger also referred me to 3 additional webpages with pictures of sick children and babies, purportedly involving measles, German measles and chickenpox “viruses”. Those pages do not reference any studies at all.

Therefore I wrote back to Roger and asked for a response to my actual request, which was for studies/reports to be provided, or, if publicly available, to be identified with title, author, etc.… not for links to webpages passed off as “books”.

Roger has not responded and based on past experience, I doubt he will.

Note that this FOIA fail by the “experts” at CDC and ATSDR is in addition to their earlier failure to cite any study showing contagion of any respiratory illness that is supposedly caused by an “influenza virus” or “coronavirus”.
